As we continue the Season of Non-violence, we focus on the good we can give to the World. Understanding that we must first love ourselves, we look into our own hearts and recognize our beauty within. This allows us to see and appreciate the beauty in others.
This month you can practice these things at home:
- Look in the mirror, look yourself in the eye, and say "I Love You" ten times a day for at least one week.
- Take at least 15 minutes with your family to discuss good things that happened that day.
- Be the first to offer a smile to someone.

Our Junior Church is offering bottled water for $1.00 located for anyone who is thirsty downstairs in front of the Jr. Church. (honor system) Thanks!

Jr. Church youth - ages 6 - 18 are welcome to attend our classes held downstairs in the Jr. Church room. We are in the process of integrating our curriculum with the United Center of Spiritual Living and look forward to this joyful event this winter! Kathy Gates facilitates our youth group and is well loved by the children. She brings a joyful way of living to the group, loves taking part in their lives, and is always up for their next adventure! Kathy has been our youth facilitator for over five years. She has taken several Science of Mind classes and is currently enrolled in Practitioner classes. Kathy is the founder and director of Women's Spirit Retreat in Cedaredge, Colorado.
